Fucida Europe Selects Gepard To Automate The Product Content Integration With EPREL Database

Gepard, an independent provider of content integration solutions has been chosen by Fucida Lighting SRL, a solid-state producer of lighting solutions, to automate the integration of its product content with the European Product Database for Energy Labeling (EPREL). The solution proposed provides an intuitive interface and is based on the genuine Gepard SaaS content Syndication Platform, which is already serving other eCommerce businesses.

Fucida Europe supplies a comprehensive range of domestic and semi-commercial light fittings to the Electrical Wholesale market. The main requirements for online stored products were to carry the QR code and labeling related to EPREL database compliance. For this reason, Fucida Europe approached Gepard to assist in uploading product data into the EPREL database and to advise on EPREL requirements for product registration. Gepard’s automated approach to EPREL registration and labeling of products lays the cornerstone for Fucida’s entry into the European market. This will allow the team to take over this task with minimal involvement from their side, reduce the potential for errors, and focus more on core business activities.
