An established user management system to set up, control, adjust and restrict PIM access of individual users to the application depending on their roles, both preset and customizable. A tenant’s administrator does not have to be IT-advanced to enjoy the operation of a user-friendly and intuitive UI for granting or restricting, in a few clicks, roles and permissions to the tenant’s users.

The preset scope of roles has been built based on Gepard’s proficiency in managing PIM requirements of clients from various industries, on local and international commerce platforms. The authorized user will also have the authority to create, suspend, and remove users on the tenant’s account.

A platform account contains complete information on a user and tenants assigned to the PIM user. The account is used to manage the user information.

The database structure allows assigning multiple tenants to the account, where the custom account, the profile, contains the information essential for and applicable to the PIM user’s interaction with a particular tenant. For instance, the profile can be used to keep the information on retail shops assigned to the user for managing them.

Further, you should require to disable a user’s access to a particular tenant, deactivate the applicable profile, keeping the user’s account active to interact with the platform.

User Groups
